Responsibilities

Welcome members warmly and create a positive, personalized experience from the moment they arrive
Support members with everyday transactions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and ease
Guide members in using self-service kiosks, building their confidence and independence
Listen closely to understand each member’s needs and connect them with the right products, services, or team members
Assist with opening and maintaining basic accounts while clearly explaining features and benefits
Address questions and resolve concerns with care, professionalism, and strong problem-solving skills
Share feedback and insights to help improve processes and enhance the overall member experience
Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high-quality service across the branch
Support additional responsibilities as needed to keep the branch running smoothly
