This position carries an annual quota and is accountable for increasing member participation in NMG programs and services while actively recruiting new member companies. The MSM builds strong relationships, identifies opportunities to improve performance, and turns those opportunities into measurable results. Success in this role means growing your region through both new member recruitment and existing member development, retaining members, strengthening engagement, and helping members realize their full potential and profitability.
