About The Position
The Member Support Expert will handle inbound phone calls, answering questions and concerns from current and future members, as well as club staff, regarding the Planet Fitness brand. This role requires delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, the expert will assist in maintaining department inboxes and monitoring call volume as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least 18 years old
Nice To Haves
- Previous call center or customer service experience
- Bilingual
