About The Position

The Member Support Advocate is responsible for handling a variety of member service calls in a prompt and courteous manner. He/she resolves member questions and problems regarding accounts, orders, payments, products, and services including electronic services. In addition he/she completes and maintains related reports, records, and files while cross-selling products and services and supports all functions within the Call Center.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment.

  • Bilingual preferred.
