About The Position

Founders Club is one of the fastest-growing entrepreneur communities in North America, serving 7-figure and 8-figure founders across the U.S. and Canada. We’re expanding our Community Team in Denver and looking for a high-potential Member Success Coordinator who wants to grow inside a fast-paced, elite environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in customer service, communicates well, stays organized, and wants to be part of a team building something special. This is a full-time, 1099, hybrid role based in downtown Denver at 1801 California Street You will work directly with the Executives of FC and members of the Community team We work TOGETHER as a team similar to the front desk at a luxury hotel to serve our members You must live in Denver and be able to commute daily Starting expectation: 4–5 days/week in the Denver office Long-term expectation: 3 days/week in-office once fully trained Schedule: Standard business hours, with occasional evening, virtual, or weekend events Pay: $25+/hour, 1099 contractor, 40 hours/week, hours submitted daily and weekly This job is hard work, but not chaotic work. You’ll be part of an elite team that supports elite entrepreneurs.

  • You do not live in Denver or cannot commute into the office
  • You are not comfortable being on camera
  • You prefer remote-only work
  • You struggle with organization or follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Support the Community Team in day-to-day operations
  • Manage member support tickets with speed, clarity, and great communication
  • Assist with onboarding new members (not leading, but actively supporting)
  • Run and support live events, virtual events, and in-person experiences
  • Monitor and engage proactively inside Slack
  • Gather member feedback and document all communication clearly
  • Keep the CRM clean, updated, and accurate
  • Help us improve SOPs and internal systems
  • Work inside Notion, Google Workspace, Zoom, Typeform, Slack, and related tools
  • Build strong relationships with founders in a high-trust environment
  • Be the “front line” of member experience, calm, clear, and confident
