About The Position

As a Member Specialist, you’ll be the welcoming face in our Lititz branch. No two days are the same, and there’s always something new to learn. You will be supporting membership sales, renewals, and account maintenance. You will also be processing maps, EZPass, TripTiks, merchandise sales, and similar services. You will guide members toward our travel and insurance agents, become a Notary Public (we’ll help you with the required steps), and perform PennDOT title and license transactions. Additionally, you will be taking passport photos and handling International Driver’s Permits, referring members to additional AAA services and products, maintaining our high service standards, and greeting and assisting members with professionalism and warmth.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Already a Notary Public in PA or willing to obtain within 12 months.
• Ability to pass and maintain PA State Police background clearance for PennDOT work.
• Strong communication skills across in-person, phone, chat, and email channels.
• Active listening skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
• Comfort using various computer systems.
