This role involves promoting Sam's Club products and services, assisting members with self-service technology, and processing purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges. You will also be responsible for following safety standards, handling merchandise, maintaining entrance and exit areas, and ensuring compliance with security and safety practices. Additionally, this role involves assisting with training new associates on company processes, technology, and new program rollouts, as well as identifying and implementing continuous learning and process improvement opportunities. The Member Specialist will also be responsible for identifying shrink and damages and complying with company policies, standards of ethics, and integrity.
