About The Position

AAA Central Penn is seeking a Part-Time Member Specialist to join their team in Lancaster. This role involves assisting members with a variety of AAA services, including travel planning, insurance inquiries, notary services, and passport photos. The Member Specialist will be the primary point of contact for members in the branch, ensuring they receive exceptional service and are connected with the appropriate experts for their needs. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to become a Notary Public (company will support this).
• Clear communication skills (in person, phone, online).
• Flexible, can-do attitude and a love for learning new things.
• Tech-savviness to navigate systems.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Helping members with sign-ups, renewals, and all AAA-related services.
• Issuing EZPasses, maps, travel gear, and attraction tickets.
• Guiding members to travel and insurance experts.
• Taking passport and international driver’s permit photos.
• Sharing the benefits of AAA’s full suite of services.
• Maintaining a welcoming and organized branch environment.
• Assisting members with travel tips and notary services.
