About The Position

As a Member Specialist, you’ll be the welcoming face in our Harrisburg and Enola branches. Daily responsibilities include supporting membership sales, renewals, and account maintenance. You will also process maps, EZPass, TripTiks, merchandise sales, and similar services. You will guide members toward our travel and insurance agents, become a Notary Public (we’ll help you with the required steps), and perform PennDOT title and license transactions. Additionally, you will take passport photos and handle International Driver’s Permits, refer members to additional AAA services and products, maintain our high service standards, and greet and assist members with professionalism and warmth. No two days are the same, and there’s always something new to learn.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Already a Notary Public in PA or willing to obtain within 12 months.
• Ability to pass and maintain PA State Police background clearance for PennDOT work.
• Strong communication skills across in-person, phone, chat, and email channels.
• Active listening skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
• Comfort using various computer systems.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
