The role also involves maintaining entrance and exit areas, verifying membership, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and safeguarding company assets. Additionally, the Member Specialist will assist with training new associates on company processes, technology, and new program rollouts, fostering continuous learning and process improvement.
