About The Position

Provides member service, maintains the checkout and entrance areas, and resolves member issues and concerns. Promotes Sam's Club products and services, and provides guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology. Processes member purchases, and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures. Follows company safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps and correcting/reporting unsafe situations. Assists members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and transporting items. Maintains a safe shopping environment and reviews member receipts. Safeguards Sam's Club assets and property by observing and communicating potential criminal activity. Maintains paperwork, logs, and other required documentation, and executes emergency response procedures. Ensures compliance with company security and safety practices. Assists with training Member Frontline Services associates on company processes, new technology, tool functionality, and new program rollouts. Provides continuous learning and process improvement opportunities. Ensures area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures by properly handling returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
