At Sam's Club, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Member Specialists. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for maintaining the checkout area, resolving member issues, promoting Sam's Club products and services, and assisting members with self-service technology. Your duties will include processing purchases, handling returns and exchanges, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. You will also play a key role in maintaining the appearance and safety of the store, from entrance to exit. This position involves actively engaging with members, assisting them with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and safeguarding company assets. Additionally, you will contribute to the team by assisting with training new associates on company processes, technology, and new program rollouts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
