You will be responsible for maintaining the checkout area, resolving member issues, promoting Sam's Club products and services, and assisting members with self-service technology. Your duties will include processing purchases, handling returns and exchanges, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. You will also play a key role in maintaining the appearance and organization of the sales floor, assisting members with locating merchandise, and contributing to a safe and secure shopping environment. Additionally, you will be involved in training new associates on company processes and technology, and driving continuous improvement within the team.
