About The Position

AAA Central Penn is seeking a Part-Time Member Specialist to join their team in the Lancaster office. This role involves being the friendly face of AAA, assisting members with a variety of services including travel planning, notary services, and issuing items like EZPasses and attraction tickets. The Member Specialist will also guide members to travel and insurance experts, take passport photos, and promote AAA's services. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a passion for customer service, willingness to become a Notary Public, clear communication skills, a flexible attitude, and tech-savviness. The role offers a stable and rewarding career opportunity with room for growth, starting at $17.65 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A passion for helping people (customer service experience is a plus!).
• Willingness to become a Notary Public (we’ll support you!).
• Clear communication skills—whether in person, on the phone, or online.
• A flexible, can-do attitude and a love for learning new things.
• Tech-savviness to navigate our systems with ease.

• Issuing EZPasses, maps, travel gear, and attraction tickets.
