Help protect the credit union's assets by minimizing delinquency and losses through effective member communication, investigation, negotiation, and collection efforts. This role also supports loss prevention and recovery initiatives within Risk Services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls efficiently
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Consumer loan collections or related experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Minimize delinquency and losses through effective member communication, investigation, negotiation, and collection efforts.
• Support loss prevention and recovery initiatives within Risk Services.
