About The Position

We are seeking a Member Solutions Advisor to serve as a knowledgeable, professional, and caring first point of contact for our members. This role supports members through accurate transaction processing, thoughtful problem resolution, and helpful guidance across a variety of account and service needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, service-focused, and comfortable using technology to support members in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Call Center Representative or Teller.
• Knowledge of basic teller policies and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to provide extraordinary member service.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organization skills and the ability to maintain an effective workflow.
• Comfort using computer applications, financial systems, office equipment, Microsoft Office, Windows, and email.
• The ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly and correctly.
• Strong English language skills in speaking, reading, and writing.
• The ability to pass a criminal background and bondability check.

Nice To Haves

• Call center experience within a financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional, and accurate service to members by phone and through TCT systems and platforms.
• Assist members with transactions such as transfers, loan payments, credit card payments, SWBC payments, prepaid card loads, and other account-related requests.
• Support fraud prevention by following member verification procedures and remaining alert to potential red flags, including those related to mobile deposits.
• Help members resolve basic E-Services questions and issues with patience, empathy, and follow-through.
• Discuss account-related transactions, overdrafts, fees, transfers, changes, and notifications in a clear and helpful manner.
• Address member questions, concerns, problems, and complaints appropriately by taking ownership and helping identify the right solution or resource.
• Provide information about TCT services, membership eligibility, account types, dividend rates, office hours, and contact information.
• Complete assigned daily Solution Center tasks accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with teammates in a way that supports a positive, productive, and member-focused work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
