About The Position

You’ll play a key part in keeping the Member Services team organized, responsive, and ready to help. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day member service work, account administration, internal operations, and the records and systems that keep information accurate and easy to find. You’ll work closely with Member Services Coordinators and organizational leaders to help manage member questions, routine service requests, billing and audit support, and other tasks that help the team serve member districts well. You may also help with meetings, events, and Board-related activities when needed. In this role, you’ll handle a mix of administrative and service tasks that keep the team moving and members supported. You’ll help track requests, update records and systems, prepare policy and coverage documents, and coordinate work so it gets to the right place at the right time. You’ll also work closely with Member Services Coordinators and leaders to support member relationships, retention efforts, and team efficiency. When an issue needs more attention, you’ll know when to flag it so it can be addressed quickly. Your work will help create a better experience for members and smoother day-to-day operations for the team.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, administrative support, account coordination, insurance, risk management, or a related field
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications and database systems
  • Experience with a customer relationship management system or administrative process coordination
  • A valid driver’s license
  • The ability to explain information clearly in writing and over the phone
  • The ability to keep records accurate, stay organized, and manage multiple deadlines
  • The ability to notice when an issue needs attention and escalate it at the right time
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
