The Member Services Representative (MSR) position at Planet Fitness is an opportunity for personal development, leadership, organization, and career maximization while helping improve the lives of members. Requirements

Customer service background preferred.
Basic computer proficiency.
A passion for fitness and health.
Upbeat and positive attitude!
Experience in Sales.
Punctuality and reliability are a must.
Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations.
Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
CPR Certification AED/First Aid /CPR

Responsibilities

Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing an exceptional customer experience.
Enforce the Judgement Free Zone®.
Always smile and be courteous.
Take prospects on tours.
Handle all front desk related activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, new member sign-ups, and facilitating account updates.
Help members download the PF Mobile App.
Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating to management as needed.
Complete assigned cleaning areas.
Promote sales of Tanning lotions and Memberships.
Create connections with the community.
