Experience with DNA/Fiserv systems is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Open, maintain, and service member accounts
Assist members with a variety of financial products and services
Open and maintain Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs)
Assist with legal and specialty account requests
Answer member questions by phone, email, and online channels
Process wire transfers, stop payments, address changes, check orders, travel notices, and related account maintenance
Provide administrative and clerical support to the lending team
Communicate with members and related parties regarding loan documentation and status updates
Prepare and distribute loan packages
Maintain accurate filing systems and documentation
Update interest rate information within company systems
Retrieve and organize required paperwork and supporting documents
Assist with additional loan processing duties as assigned
