About The Position

We Care Daily Clinics (WCDC) is a modern facility providing addiction treatment in Auburn, focusing on renewing hope and purpose for those battling opioid use. WCDC removes barriers, offers a holistic approach to recovery, and uses evidence-based treatment to restore healthy living. The facility is an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) using FDA-approved medication and behavioral health counseling, with personalized service plans in a supportive, safe environment. They also offer patient transportation and family/social support.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service, medical reception, or related roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet members and visitors warmly, ensuring a supportive and welcoming environment.
Facilitate member check-ins, appointment scheduling, and record updates in EMR.
Address questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Provide occasional member transportation to clinic locations when needed.
Collect and process member fees, maintaining accurate financial records.
Manage incoming mail, faxes, and other communications, ensuring timely distribution.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and waiting areas.
Assist members in accessing resources such as housing, employment, and education.
Collaborate with clinical team to connect members to services supporting recovery and well-being.
Partner with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Support onboarding and training of new team members as needed.
