Member Services Representative - Part Time
About The Position
Bulkley Valley Credit Union is seeking a part-time Member Services Representative to join a dynamic team dedicated to cooperative values and member service. The role involves processing routine cash and non-cash member transactions, responding to member requests via telephone, electronic, and digital channels. The representative will build and manage relationships with members, provide trusted financial advice, analyze member needs, and assist them in utilizing appropriate products and services by outlining benefits and alternatives. Additionally, the role includes recognizing member opportunities, promoting credit union products and services, and making referrals to other staff when appropriate.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- One to two years of post-secondary education in the business discipline
- Experience, preferably with cash experience
Responsibilities
- Processing routine cash and non-cash related member transactions
