Member Services Representative
About The Position
AO Globe Life is growing its remote Member Services team and is looking for driven professionals who enjoy helping people understand their benefit and insurance options. As a Member Services Representative, you will work with provided warm leads, schedule client appointments, and help individuals and families navigate life, supplemental health, and accident insurance choices. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position. Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States, provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace, complete required training and participate in virtual meetings, and obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities. No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
- Customer service, sales, leadership, or client-relations experience
- Clear and professional communication
