About The Position
The primary function of this position is to provide excellent member service.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Basic member service skills and telephone etiquette.
- Data entry skills and basic computer proficiency using standard word processing.
- Ability to learn and use YMCA software programs.
- Math and calculator proficiency.
- Knowledge of filing and basic office procedures and the ability to use the copier and fax machine.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred.
