About The Position

Archimedes is a rapidly growing leader in the specialty drug benefit management space. We are looking for a Member Services Representative to work a Hybrid 3 day in office, 2 days at home after 90 days based in our Brentwood, TN office. This position is responsible for delivering excellent service to members utilizing processes and technology within a call center. If you are reliable with strong problem-solving and customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering excellent service in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment (excluding home healthcare)
• 1 year of Call Center experience
• Must be available to work 8 hour shifts with starting times between 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM CST

Responsibilities

• Ensures all customers receive an excellent level of customer service.
• Handling front-line inbound and outbound member calls, with the ability to quickly gain a deep understanding of Archimedes' services and customer needs
• Follows established procedures, processes, and standards for production, productivity, quality, and customer service.
• Meets performance targets for speed, efficiency, and quality
