Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Prior customer service experience is necessary.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications-including Outlook, Word, and Excel-is important for daily tasks.
- Proficiency in 10-key data entry by touch to ensure accuracy in transactions.
- Regular attendance is crucial to maintain a consistent presence for our members and contribute to a reliable banking environment.

- Cash handling experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued members, delivering exceptional banking services with professionalism and courtesy.
- Foster our member-centric environment, acting as a vital liaison between members and other Credit Union staff.
- Effectively communicate and address member needs to enhance the overall experience and satisfaction.
