Member Services Front Desk Part Time
About The Position
Cornerstone Clubs, a premier Health and Wellness Facility in Central Bucks County, is looking for a part-time Member Services Representative to work at our front desk at our New Hope location. This position must be able to work weekends and evening shifts. This is a year-round position. The role requires the ability to greet members in a friendly manner and answer questions about membership or classes, answer telephones, and in-process members by accurately entering information into the computer system. The ideal candidate must be reliable, on time, able to multi-task, and maintain a positive customer service attitude at all times. A working knowledge of computers and attention to detail, especially on paperwork and data entry, are essential. Additional tasks may include sweeping floors, keeping areas neat, making follow-up calls to members and prospective members, preparing reports, and filing.
Requirements
- Must be reliable and on time
