About The Position
Crystal Springs Resort is currently hiring for Member Services Attendants! As a Member Services Attendant, you will serve as the welcoming face of our Sports Club, helping to create an exceptional experience for our members and guests. We are looking for individuals with a friendly and professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and prior customer service experience. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people and thrives in a hospitality-focused environment.
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Must have both weekday and weekend availability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Checking members and guests in and out of the Sports Club facilities
- Answering member questions and addressing concerns in a professional manner
- Issuing pool wristbands and assisting with facility access
- Monitoring traffic into the Sports Club and Elements Spa to help ensure proper use of the facilities
- Providing exceptional service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
