About The Position

United Defense Tactical (UDT) at 4848 E Cactus Rd, Ste 210, Scottsdale, AZ 85254 is hiring a Member Services Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, keep our cutting-edge facility running smoothly, and champion our mission of empowering civilians, military, and law enforcement through reality-based tactical training. If you’re organized, upbeat, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your shot to make an impact! This role involves welcoming customers, handling inquiries, managing the front desk, performing administrative tasks, and supporting educational/training programs. The ideal candidate will bring high energy and enthusiasm, similar to a fitness coach, to a tactical setting, empowering customers to build skills and confidence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service or receptionist experience—think gym desks, tactical ranges, or busy offices.
• Top-notch communication and multitasking skills for a bustling environment.
• Comfort with Canva, Go High Level, Meta, Microsoft Office/Google Suite and office tools (computer, scanner, etc.).
• Availability for 8-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends (flexible scheduling offered).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them to the right department or person.
• Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Keep the front desk area tidy, stocked, and organized.
• Process inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.
• Check customers in/out, ensuring accurate reservations and billing.
• Maintain and update customer records in our database.
• Coordinate with team members to meet customer needs seamlessly.
• Handle clerical tasks (photocopying, scanning, filing) with care.
• Uphold UDT policies and a professional demeanor at all times.
