About The Position
The YMCA at Northwest is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join their team as a Member Services Associate. This is a part-time, mission-driven role where you will be the first point of contact for members, greeting them, answering questions, providing tours, and connecting them with YMCA programs. The role offers flexible shifts, with specific needs for morning (4:45-9:00 AM) and weekend shifts at the Northwest location, and morning shifts at the Franklin location.
Requirements
- Minimum Age: 16
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
