About The Position
The Downtown/10th Street Family YMCA is currently seeking part time, personable Member Service Associates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment to provide quality service to members and prospective members. We are currently looking for candidates that have availability on weekdays 4-9pm and weekends 11-6pm.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years old or older
Responsibilities
- Answering phones
- Greeting members
- Processing memberships
- Taking financial transactions
- Completing program registrations
