Requirements

1+ year of customer service or sales experience
A high school diploma or equivalent
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Solid judgment for problem-solving within established guidelines
Attention to detail and comfort with basic math
Familiarity with Microsoft Office

Support the heartbeat of the branch by keeping daily operations running smoothly, making sure members always experience seamless service.
