About The Position
We currently have an opening for a full-time highly enthusiastic, energetic, member service specialist in our Casa Grande branch. The Member Service Specialist position is responsible and accountable for providing high quality services to Pinal County Federal Credit Union members including handling and posting transactions, accepting payments and verifying funds.
Requirements
- One year of recent cash handling and sales/service experience
- Ability to perform math calculations with a high degree of accuracy
- Good knowledge of negotiable instrument elements
- Basic PC skills
- Experience with office equipment such as 10-key calculator, and PC keyboard
- Education associated with high school diploma
- Must project a professional image
- Must be people oriented and a team player
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of products, services and account requirements associated with financial industry services
- Bilingual
