About The Position

ICCU is seeking a Member Service Specialist (MSS) to join their team. As the first point of contact for members, the MSS will ensure member satisfaction through courteous, accurate, and efficient service. This role involves providing information about Credit Union services, referring members to beneficial products, performing various transactions using different systems, and resolving member concerns effectively. The MSS will also be responsible for informing management of member needs and demonstrating ICCU's core values. ICCU's mission is to help members achieve financial success, and this role is crucial in fulfilling that mission within a supportive and fun work environment. Requirements

A High School Diploma or GED.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to use a calculator and handle cash efficiently and accurately.
The ability to learn a variety of channels and systems.
The ability to maintain confidentiality of Credit Union records.
Must be eligible for membership at ICCU to obtain employment.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the Financial Industry.
Prior Experience in a Customer Service role.
