ICCU is seeking a Member Service Specialist (MSS) to join their team. As the first point of contact for members, the MSS will ensure member satisfaction through courteous, accurate, and efficient service. This role involves providing information about Credit Union services, referring members to beneficial products, performing various transactions using different systems, and resolving member concerns effectively. The MSS will also be responsible for informing management of member needs and demonstrating ICCU's core values.
