Member Service Specialist
About The Position
This role is for a part-time Member Service Specialist (MSS). The MSS will be responsible for conducting a variety of paying and receiving transactions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashiers checks. They will also reconcile daily transactions to ensure the accuracy of cash and check totals. Additionally, the MSS will provide comprehensive member services such as opening and closing accounts, answering member inquiries about services, and performing account maintenance to ensure member satisfaction.
