About The Position

ICCU is seeking a Member Service Specialist (MSS) to join their team. As an MSS, you will be the first point of contact for members seeking assistance at one of their branches. This role is crucial in ensuring member satisfaction through courteous, accurate, and efficient service. You will provide general information about Credit Union services, refer members to beneficial products and services, and handle member transactions using various systems. The ideal candidate will be positive, enjoy problem-solving, and be eager to learn. ICCU's mission is to help members achieve financial success, and this role is central to that mission.

Requirements

A High School Diploma or GED.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to use a calculator and handle cash efficiently and accurately.
The ability to learn a variety of channels and systems.
The ability to maintain confidentiality of Credit Union records.
Must be eligible for membership at ICCU to obtain employment.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the Financial Industry.
Prior Experience in a Customer Service role.

Responsibilities
