About The Position

ICCU is seeking a Part-Time Member Service Specialist to join their team at the Rancho Vistoso branch. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive attitude. As the first point of contact for members, the Specialist will be responsible for ensuring member satisfaction, providing information about Credit Union services, referring members to beneficial products, and resolving concerns efficiently. The position requires learning various systems and channels to perform transactions and demonstrating core company values.

Requirements

A High School Diploma or GED.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to use a calculator and handle cash efficiently and accurately.
The ability to learn a variety of channels and systems.
The ability to maintain confidentiality of Credit Union records.
Must be eligible for membership at ICCU to obtain employment.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the Financial Industry.
Prior Experience in a Customer Service role.

Responsibilities

Providing general information to members about our Credit Union Services.
Referring members to products and services that will assist them in achieving financial success.

Informing your manager of member needs regarding our products and services.
