ICCU's mission is to help our members achieve financial success. As a Member Service Specialist (MSS), you will be the first face our members see and seek help from when they walk through the doors at one of our branches. This role involves ensuring member satisfaction through courteous, accurate, and efficient service, providing general information about Credit Union Services, and referring members to products and services that will assist them in achieving financial success. You will learn a variety of channels and systems to perform member transactions, utilize resources to resolve member concerns on the first contact, and inform your manager of member needs regarding our products and services. You will also demonstrate ICCU's core values of Honesty and Integrity, Respect and Dignity, Growth and Performance, and Improvement and Accountability in your behavior at work.
