About The Position

ICCU is seeking a Member Service Specialist (MSS) to join their team in Tucson Old Pueblo. As the first point of contact for members, the MSS will ensure member satisfaction through courteous, accurate, and efficient service. This role involves providing information about Credit Union services, referring members to beneficial products, performing transactions using various systems, and resolving member concerns effectively. The position also requires demonstrating ICCU's core values of Honesty and Integrity, Respect and Dignity, Growth and Performance, and Improvement and Accountability. Requirements

A High School Diploma or GED.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to use a calculator and handle cash efficiently and accurately.
The ability to learn a variety of channels and systems.
The ability to maintain confidentiality of Credit Union records.
Must be eligible for membership at ICCU to obtain employment.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the Financial Industry.
Prior Experience in a Customer Service role.
