Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least one year of customer-facing experience in credit unions or financial institutions.
- Bondable
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have the legal authorization to work in the location where they apply.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of Credit Union services, beginning with building and strengthening member relationships by matching their needs with our products and services.
- Interviewing and counseling loan applicants and enrolling new members
- Reviewing and suggesting improvements for current and prospective loans by effectively reviewing loan applications and credit reports
- Assist with loan, cash, and teller services
- Offer credit score coaching to save our members money
- Fundamental financial counseling to boost our members money management knowledge
