About The Position
We are seeking an enthusiastic, member-focused, and flexible individual to join our team as a Part-time Member Service Representative in our Invermere and Radium branches. This front-line role is responsible for assisting members with their day-to-day financial transactions while identifying opportunities to refer and cross-sell products and services to meet their needs. The representative will utilize strong product knowledge to provide a superior member experience, recommending solutions and advice to improve members’ financial lives. The ideal candidate embraces challenges, uses software applications and technology, and is passionate about the organization's mission.

Responsibilities
- Assist members with their day-to-day financial transactions
