Schenectady: Member Service Representative

About The Position
This position offers an Early Wage Access (EWA) program, allowing employees to access a portion of their earned wages on demand for greater financial flexibility. The role is for a Member Service Representative, paying $16.43 per hour, and is a part-time position with approximately 8-10 hours weekly, including nights and weekend shifts.
Requirements
- Previous work experience (1-3 years) in customer service, sales or related experience
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to relate to diverse groups in the community
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (completed within 30 days of hire)
- New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Bloodborne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire)
