About The Position
TEKsystems is partnering with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution to hire Member Service Representatives in the Dallas area. This is a fully remote position. Candidates must reside within 60 miles of Dallas in case onsite attendance is ever required for specific, designated training purposes. At this time, no on-site days are planned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years of recent customer service experience (call center, retail, admin, or sales).
- Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, mentally demanding environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to navigate difficult conversations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Computer proficiency, including data entry and typing skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous remote work experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries in a high-volume, structured contact center.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services to ensure an excellent member experience.
- Process financial transactions for savings, checking, loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.
- Advise members on additional products and services aligned with their needs.
- Manage a daily call volume of 80–100+ calls.
