About The Position

TEKsystems is partnering with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution to hire Member Service Representatives in the Dallas area. This is a fully remote position. Candidates must reside within 60 miles of Dallas in case onsite attendance is ever required for specific, designated training purposes. At this time, no on-site days are planned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–2 years of recent customer service experience (call center, retail, admin, or sales).
  • Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, mentally demanding environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to navigate difficult conversations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Computer proficiency, including data entry and typing skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous remote work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to member inquiries in a high-volume, structured contact center.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services to ensure an excellent member experience.
  • Process financial transactions for savings, checking, loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.
  • Advise members on additional products and services aligned with their needs.
  • Manage a daily call volume of 80–100+ calls.
