About The Position

Mountain America Credit Union is hosting an In-Person Hiring Event to fulfill openings at our Billings Main Street Branch. We have part-time Member Service Representative (Tellers) positions available. Potential offers could be made on the spot.

Requirements

• Prior to the event, submit an application online.
• Bring your resume for an interview.
• Flexibility needed for scheduling.
• Must be able to work part-time hours, Monday – Friday between 8:40 am – 6:15 pm, and Saturdays between 8:40 am – 2:15 pm.
• Willingness to take a day off during the week when a Saturday is worked.
• Availability for 20-25 hours per week based on branch needs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a customer service or financial institution role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve members by processing transactions, answering questions, and providing account information.
• Identify member needs and offer appropriate credit union products and services.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Adhere to all credit union policies and procedures.
