About The Position
The Schenectady YMCA is seeking five Member Service Representatives. This role involves customer service and sales, requiring basic computer knowledge and excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ability to connect with diverse community groups is essential. New hires will receive paid training and certifications.
Requirements
- Previous work experience (1-3 years) in customer service, sales or related experience
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to relate to diverse groups in the community
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (completed within 30 days of hire)
- New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Blood-borne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire)
