About The Position
Saco Valley Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Member Service Representative to provide welcoming, professional, and reliable service to its members. This role primarily supports the Saco branches with daily operations and may offer coverage at the Waterboro branch. The representative will assist members with everyday banking needs, including transactions, account services, and digital banking support, while fostering strong relationships and delivering excellent service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfort using computers and learning new systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice To Haves
- Six months to two years of similar or related experience
Responsibilities
- Assist members with transactions and account questions
- Open accounts and help members with additional services
- Support online and mobile banking needs
