This role is anticipated to begin in mid-March and run through late August or September, depending on candidate availability. As a Member Service Representative, your part of the Member-facing team that delivers exceptional Member experiences every time. You are the first and last impression for every Member who enters and leaves our Service location. This position plays a pivotal role in delivering amazing Member experiences by identifying Member needs and seamlessly directing Service Location customer flow.
