The representative will provide information regarding the company's products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability, and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service. Responsibilities include performing transactions for various accounts such as Savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, and IRAs. Additionally, the role requires advising members of other products and services that may fit their needs and providing opportunities for positive member interaction. The expected call volume is 80-100+ calls daily.
