Appalachian Community Federal Credit Union (ACFCU) is seeking a Member Service Representative to join our Team at our Johnson City branch. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • No prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide members with an excellent service experience every time.
  • Provide ACFCU product and service referrals using our benefit statements of Save Time, Save Money, Make Money, Offer Convenience, and Peace of Mind.
  • Accurately perform general teller duties such as open new member accounts, process member deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, or other transactions by phone or in the branch.
  • Resolve member problems and/or complaints or direct to appropriate person.
  • Balance cash drawer and perform teller cash recycler duties.
  • Maintain working knowledge of regulatory compliance related to financial services.
  • Provide Member Service Representative coverage at other branches when needed (mileage over the normal commute to work is reimbursed).
