Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- No prior experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide members with an excellent service experience every time.
- Provide ACFCU product and service referrals using our benefit statements of Save Time, Save Money, Make Money, Offer Convenience, and Peace of Mind.
- Accurately perform general teller duties such as open new member accounts, process member deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, or other transactions by phone or in the branch.
- Resolve member problems and/or complaints or direct to appropriate person.
- Balance cash drawer and perform teller cash recycler duties.
- Maintain working knowledge of regulatory compliance related to financial services.
- Provide Member Service Representative coverage at other branches when needed (mileage over the normal commute to work is reimbursed).
