About The Position

Provide members and prospective members with Navy Federal Credit Union products and services, including deposit accounts, lending products, and credit and debit cards. Perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision while building confidence and independence in the role. This position is eligible for the TalentQuest employee referral program. The position is based at 1155 Hwy 85 North, Fayetteville, Georgia 30214, and business needs may require working at or permanently transferring to neighboring branches within a reasonable commuting distance.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic counseling on available products and services to meet member needs.
• Assist members with opening and maintaining deposit accounts, loans, and other financial products.
• Research and resolve basic account discrepancies and service requests.
• Identify opportunities to cross-service products and strengthen member relationships through education.
• Understand and comply with relevant federal and institutional regulations related to financial products and services.
• Support team members by sharing knowledge and best practices as experience grows.
• Handle cash and other negotiable instruments properly and securely.
• Process routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
