About The Position
The Member Service Representative is a part-time position with shifts totaling less than 28 hours per week. This role involves customer service and sales, requiring excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. The representative must be able to relate to diverse groups in the community. Specific training and certifications are required within specified timeframes after hire.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of previous work experience in customer service, sales, or related experience.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to relate to diverse groups in the community.
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (completed within 30 days of hire).
- New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Blood-borne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire).
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and sales support.
- Manage basic computer operations.
- Utilize organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Interact with diverse community groups.
- Obtain CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications within 30 days of hire.
- Complete New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Blood-borne Pathogens trainings within 90 days of hire.
